Scott Flynn’s philosophy is that strong social responsibility is vital for the community as a whole, and he enjoys the challenge and privilege to do so. Many organisations are helped each year with some notable examples being:


2016: The Griffo Challenge (Major Sponsor) 

The Griffo Challenge raises money and awareness for Cancer with proceeds going to the Icon Cancer Foundation and Cure Brain Cancer. 

The event is held yearly in Brisbane and is named in honour of Scott's long time school friend, Damien Griffin, who is courageously fighting Cancer and raising vital money and awareness for this wonderful cause. 

Many of Damien's friends and family are involved with the organisation of this event and each year give up hundreds of hours to make the day a success for all involved. 

This year the event was a fundraising lunch at Gambaro's Hotel with over 350 people attending and enjoying a great afternoon with Griff and the wonderful people from Icon Cancer and Cure Brain Cancer. 


2016: Speld Qld (Silver Sponsor)

Speld Qld support people who are experiencing learning difficulties.  The Learnersaurus Literacy Program held at Speld Qld and this sponsorship will pay for 12 months licence fees and the training of one of our coaches.  With this licence, we are able to offer an explicit, cumulative, multi-sensory program to students with learning differences.  This program will be offered at Speld Qld by qualified coaches every day in an one-on-one capacity. 

Speld Qld has 3 aims:

1.  To increase community awareness of the nature and implications of the challenges people with specific learning differences experience. 

2.  To promote and communicate current research on specific learning differences. 

3.  To provide support and services for parents, professionals and other clients.

The SVDP CEO Sleepout raises money and awareness for homelessness in an Australian wide campaign. 

The event is held each year on a chilly June evening in all capital cities across Australia where CEO's sleep out and live like a homeless person for 12 hours.

2011: Make A Wish Charity Track Day (Principal Sponsor)

The Make-A-Wish Foundation, started in the United States arranges experiences to bring magic and joy to children with life threatening medical conditions.

This day bought together 55 Make-A-Wish children and their families, along with car enthusiasts and volunteers where drivers would take passengers for rides in there sports cars at a racing car track.

A total of 300 people were involved in this sensational event where every one left with a smile on their face and wonderful memories of an awesome day enjoyed by all.
